Tim W. Baker

A Galt House employee since March 2001, Mr. Baker was promoted to RIVUE Chef in 2004. Chef Tim spent many years honing his craft at various popular restaurants in the Louisville Metro area. Always using the freshest and finest ingredients from local sources, Tim enjoys creating new and exciting seasonal dishes. Tim’s goal is to make RIVUE an even more outstanding dining destination for Galt House guests, Louisville and Southern Indiana diners, and anyone who steps through the doors expecting perfection.

Chef Tim devotes his time away from RIVUE to his wife Gina and their adored daughter Lily Anna, experiencing the beauty of the outdoors and each day’s new beginnings.
